Emad Sharghi is EAS’s Chief Executive Officer and brings with him over 20 years of sales & marketing experience in the Middle East, USA & the Far East. As founder of Dubex Group in the United States, he represented major American petrochemical companies in distributing their products in and around the MENA. In 2001 he co-founded Sigmaplast GmbH and Sigmaplast Russia as the exclusive distributors for General Electric’s Plastics Division. Emad brings an in-depth understanding of the cultural and business imperatives of working with HNWIs in the ME.
Jean-Paul Boutibou, Member of the Board of Directors, former Director of Middle East and Africa for Airbus Industries, brings with him an insiders knowledge of both private and commercial aviation. Jean-Paul spent his last 3 years at Airbus as their Sales and Marketing Director for the Middle East based in Dubai. Prior to Airbus, Jean-Paul, spent 3 years with UTA French Airlines in Paris. He is also involved in large and regional commercial aircraft remarketing, leasing and trading in conjunction with its consulting activities for Volvo Aero Leasing.
Yuri S. Zektser, Chief Russian Representative, brings to EAS an all-encompassing knowledge of the Russian market as well as high level contacts in industry and the financial sector. With a background in steel production and automotive manufacturing, Yuri has been a member of various Boards of Directors including AvtoVAZ, AVVA, ABD Bank, JV “GM-Avtovaz”, “Euro-Lada GmbH” in Germany and “Delta AUTO” in Finland. Yuri is currently an advisor to the Chairman of Vneshekonombank (the Russian development bank).
Arnaud Lelouvier, President of EAS, applies 15 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, management, financial restructuring and project management. He is a co-founder of Strategic Initiatives, a M&A advisory firm that specializes in creating a conduit for Russian and French companies interested in acquiring one another. He brings to EAS a strategic vision and wealth of the contacts within our target client base.
Rudy Amirkhanian, Member of the Board of Directors. For the past two decades Rudy has been instrumental in establishing, managing or divesting a wide array of businesses in the UK and the Russian Federation. He is the founder, and until recently, CEO of Russian Automotive Components, a major supplier of components to the Russian automotive industry and Executive Chairman of Trinity Automotive Group. Today he serves on the Board, or acts as an advisor to the shareholders/executives of two telecommunication companies, two automotive companies, and a real-estate operation and is a senior partner of Strategic Initiatives that advises Russian aircraft OEMs in strategic M&A.
Elena Lokteva is EAS’s Chief Financial Officer. She holds over 11 years of experience in financing heavy equipments, project financing with special emphasis on providing the know-how to international companies. She held the position of Finance Director and Board Member at Trinity Automotive Group from 2001 to 2006 and was a member of the Board of Autoagregat, a Russian public company, from 2004 to 2005.
Alexei Gretchikhine holds the position of Senior Analyst at EAS. He has been involved in various aviation projects in Russia and abroad, having established in 1993 the first internet resource dedicated to Russian aviation, and is instrumental to EAS research. Alexei has developed a professional network within the industry enabling him to provide timely information to EAS sales and management team.
